Having completed his PhD in physics at the University of Cambridge, he was awarded several patents in OLED technology, and ushered a spin-off companythrough an IPO. As a manager of research strategy at one of the largest European high-tech companies, he played a pioneering role in autonomous driving and voice recognition.

As a consultant, he has helped tech companies improve their performance, step up their innovation efforts and grow cultures that attract and retain critical talent.

When Josef is not working, you can find him spending time with his two awesome sons, hiking sections of the Appalachian Trail or sailing on the Chesapeake Bay.
